Accenture Innovation Jockeys: Smart Traffic Controller (City)

Hi friends,

Please check out my entry in the Accenture Innovation Jockeys contest. The contest recognizes the most innovative idea in 3 categories: home, college and city. My idea is to have a Smart Traffic Controller that would minimize human supervision and provide automatic road traffic management in a cost effective manner.
